Within 24 hours, we will email you an artwork proof to sign off on. We will not begin production until we have your approval.

Wall Decal Installation Instructions
Installing Your Mascot Decals™ Wall Graphic
1. UNPACK your shipment, and let relax flat on the floor for an hour.
2. PREP your surface. Choose the perfect place to stick your decal and wipe down the surface with water to remove dust and dirt.
3. PEEL the decal from the sheet. Slowly peel away from backing without letting the decal stick to itself.
4. STICK to surface. Apply minimal pressure to the decal to get it to stick to the surface. If you make a mistake, you can easily unpeel and try again.
5. SMOOTH out air bubbles and any wrinkles. Simply start from the middle and push out toward edges.
Production & Shipping Times
Once you approve your artwork proof, please expect between 2 and 5 business days for production. We ship from Iowa, and typical ground shipping times range from 2-5 business days.
Return Policy
Mascot Decals™ are custom made to each order. Due to this, we are unable to provide refunds. However, we stand behind our product and if there is anything wrong we will reproduce the product at no charge.
